Supplier Order Forms

The online exhibitor order forms portal is 'Expresso', hosted by GES, the official services contractor. All of your required forms are posted including booth décor, carpet and furnishings, electrical, internet and lead retrieval.

A reminder that all exhibitors are required to furnish booths with appropriate floor coverings. Any questions about size/height restrictions refer to the Exhibitor Rules & Regulations and IAEE Booth Display Rules. Hotel Information

Make direct reservations with your preferred hotel, indicating you are an exhibitor with Partners in Prevention 2020. Please take caution if you are approached by a housing bureau. PIP is not affiliated with any bureaus and the hotels arranged by event organizers are the only properties endorsed for your housing requirements during PIP 2020.
